How long can the cake last at room temperature?

Single layer is good to stay at room temperature for a better and creamy texture and is the best way to enjoy its sweetness and aroma if you like sweeter taste whereas duolayer can last up to 1.5 hours in room temperature before it gets too soft or melts.

How about travelling long distance?

We advise you to prepare yourself an ice bag with more and more ice packs if travelling long distance with high AC with max 3 hours. Keep in the fridge immediately once arrived at your destination.
